I had a really disappointing experience at Rhythm and Cues. The staff were extremely rude, especially the security guard, who was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. It felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. If you're looking for a place where you're treated with basic courtesy and respect, I suggest you look elsewhere. They seriously need to work on their attitude and professionalism.

Very disappointed. We arrived at 540 hoping to play pool. We had an infant with us. The staff seen infant and failed to advise us that it turns into a bar at 6pm. We payed for a round of pool, payed for our drinks and were not even able to finish the drinks or the round of pool. Your bar hours used to be 9pm and it was changed to 6pm. Will not return.

Extremely disappointed after our experience there last night. My husband booked for 30-40 people for my birthday. We expected to have a great nightbas we have many times over the last 20 years but that was definitely not the case. To start the service was brutal. My husband was told they were short staffed, which was ok, we were patient, everyone tipped heavily even though on average, over 4 hours the max amount of drinks served was 4. Members of our party had the back door slammed on them and locked out. No explanation or chance to come back in was given. If going out the back for a smoke is not permitted, after being the custom for 20 some years, a sign to inform patrons would be nice. After being charged time for pool tables that were not even being used, my husband asked if they really had to charge for that time? Considering how how generous our party had been, didnt seem unreasonable, he was asked to leave, the bouncer then informed everyone they are all guilty by association and have to leave. This was definitely the last time any of us will be going there. Not sure if its new ownership, poorly trained staff, or just ignorant kids working but you may want to invest in some basic customer service training. Bar staff could not even make most drinks that were requested.

Thought I was going out to have some fun with friends, and ended up with police at my door.
I was the responsible one tonight, while the hubby enjoyed himself. Hour and a half after leaving and getting home, the police show up at our door, claiming Rhythm 'n Cues had called them saying I had had too much to drink, and had driven home. Never in my life would I have expected that.
The audacity of whatever staff member that decided to follow us out, take our license plate down, and call the cops on a sober driver, who had tipped generously I might add, is unbelievable.
There are better things out there for the police to be doing than tracking down a sober driver and harass them at their home for no reason.
Before you decide to blow an unnecessary whistle, get your facts straight first.

We have been many times to rhythm 'n cues.
Tonight the police showed up at our door because rhythm 'n cues decided to call the police.
They claimed my wife had drank excessively and drove home and they had witnessed it.
My wife had a single beverage and was a responsible person the entire night.
I was not and neither was rhythm 'n cues.
Do not go as they will call the police on you without provocation
