Ivan and his team provided amazing customer service and installation of my pool table. They were very professional, on time and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Pool Table delivery and installation. And the price for re-felting and assembly and delivery was better than the other five quotes that I looked into.
All the other companies that I asked to quote on this project said it would be a multi day process to Collect the table, deliver the table and assemble the table and re- felt the table - Ivan and his team did everything on site within four hours! Please see pictures below. also, he had a very good set of new pool cues and pool balls at a good price

Ivan from North Player was amazing to work with. From my first contact until delivery and installation he gave amazing advice and facilitated delivery and installation in less than 48 hours! Ivan and his assistant arrived at exactly the time that they said and were very good with keeping me informed of their ETA. They were very careful with the moving of the table into the basement and very tidy with their assembly. The table that I purchased was used but they made sure that it was in like new condition and I can honestly say that I couldn’t tell it was used.
I am very pleased with how quick and efficient North Player was and highly recommend them! They went above and beyond. When they found out it was my birthday they presented me a very nice, brand new pool cue! That’s classy!

What a pleasure dealing with Ivan and his partner. They are professional craftsmen. They moved and assembled a vintage Brunswick pool table to our home with precision. It was a very pleasant experience with Ivan and his team. They were very responsive and set the installation date to be only two days after I called. My table is a bit unusual with 1 3/4” slate thickness, but Ivan and his college managed to carried them to the basement! The table was nicely installed, and despite the fact that a couple bolts were loose, Ivan came back and tightened them a few minutes after I called. He also gave me some tips on keeping the felt in good condition. Very recommended if you need any professional services for your pool table

Called Ivan as we needed our pool table rebalanced as we were doing a renovation. I was impressed by Ivan’s responsiveness plus his professionalism. He followed up on the day as he was swamped with work and appreciated the communication. He had to come later but was prompt about his time and did a great job. I was impressed he followed up next day to see how the level was after I played a game. It’s sad to say you don’t see that level of service anymore but yet Ivan and his team embody it! I would highly recommend they will go anywhere in GTA plus to cottage country if you need. Great service, excellent follow up and highly trustworthy!

I hired them to resurface and assemble my pool table and they did a great job in a quick time. Firstly, they arrived on time. The second great thing was they took less than 2 hours to completely re-do all the fabrics and assemble the table, as well they told me advice on how to maintain the table. The table is very flat and even with no dirt or damage to the fabric.
