I recently had a terrible experience at Jacks Are Wild. I purchased a set of Winmau MVG darts for $165. The staff never disclosed the NO RETURN POLICY. I spoke with the manager and they wouldn't make any exception for this unopeneddart set. So, overall experience was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this business."

I had the best experience here today after leaving from an incompetent competitor.
The service, selection, knowledge and value was top notch.
And who would have thought?: A scale to weigh your darts⊠Great idea.
A practice dart board so you can try before you buy. Genius
Staff/ owner that cares and now has a life long customer. You bet.
I highly recommend stopping by this shop before you make a mistake elsewhere. Letâs leave it at that.

Owner was very courteous. They have a great selection of pool and dart supplies. Was able to get a much needed end for a pool cue. Definitely the go to place for pool stuff on the west end!

It has been about 20 years or more since I last played darts. The person there today was very helpful and knowledgeable for our new darts purchase. He took the time to explain different things and to help figure out weight, barrel size, grip feel, etc. We were able to actually try to darts to help get a feel for what we wanted and needed. Pricing is very reasonable. I will be back for future purchases!

Bought a $300 cue and didnât roll it on the table there to check if it was warped. $300 for a New never used cue that said âwarp resistantâ right on it, I didnât think of it. Get it home and play 4 games with it. Roll it on my table and yep, itâs warped. At the time of purchase NOT once was it mentioned that there are NO returns or warranties on cues. Itâs tough luck for me and better luck next time. They have a lot of cool stuff (pricey compared to other stores) but I was looking forward to going back because the guy who originally helped us was great, or so I thought. It would have been nice of him to let us know about their cue policy doing our long chat while in the store.
They did give me a number of their supplier to call and try and get some kind of warranty on a new cue, but I didnât but it from their supplier. Because of this bad customer service and the total lack of them standing behind the products they sell, I wonât be going back. Better off to go to a store that stands behind the products they sell and if you have a problem in 3 days you should be able to come back to the store to fix it. For the hassle I should have just ordered online.
