I really love this place. The vibe in this place it's just amazing. The guy who owns it's and the staff is very kind and well behaved. Sadly, I see that some reviews that are mentioned stating that the staff isn't good is such a lie coz I personally spend a lot of time in this club and if you want good food and good service you also gotta be patient. But for some random people patience isn't really a virtue. Anyways, the best way to know is to come and experience it yourself.

This snooker club offers a fantastic experience, particularly due to the welcoming atmosphere created by the dedicated owners. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and enjoys their visit, The well-maintained tables and clean facilities further enhance the positive experience.But they care only till gaming,when it comes to the restaurant the staff dosent listen to the owners as well, sound funny but true, when a group is tired and want some refreshment it comes to zero, There is a restaurant inside the snooker club which provides a miserable dining experience due to its incredibly poor service and utterly disrespectful staff. The wait times are excessive, and the server's demeanor is consistently rude and dismissive. The food itself is also mediocre, and the overall atmosphere is unpleasant and leaves you feeling unwelcome. The combination of slow service, disrespectful staff, and mediocre food creates an overall atmosphere that is simply not enjoyable. It feels as if the restaurant doesn't value its customers' experience.I would strongly advise against dining here. The negative experience is simply not worth it. Rest go and play pool that's it..

Love snooker and pool this is the place to hangout. But very disappointed with the staff and service, I dont recommend to eat here, as they dont respect the walk in regular customers and not at all professional and easy to deal with. I have given this review after checking them for many times on the service issue, they dont have a pleasing face expression and they disrespect while serving,the very worst service.But the place is good for playing snooker..

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Captain Snooker Club under the new management and I'm still buzzing from the experience. This place is a true gem for anyone who loves a bit of friendly competition and a relaxed atmosphere.
The moment I walked in, I was struck by the immaculate condition of the tables. The felt was smooth and true, and the cushions were perfectly calibrated. It was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into maintaining the equipment.
The club also offers a variety of games, from classic 8-ball and 9-ball to more challenging snooker. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, there's something for everyone.
But it's not just about the games. The club's ambiance is incredibly welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the other patrons were a pleasure to play with. It's a place where you can truly unwind and enjoy yourself.
If you're looking for a fantastic spot to hone your skills, challenge your friends, or simply have a great time, I highly recommend checking out Captain Snooker Club. It's a hidden gem that's sure to impress.

They also offer large variety of Indian menu, I have tried their chicken 65, chicken & lamb biryani and it's genuinely delicious. Definitely try their food as well. I will be visiting again.

I always enjoy going to Captain’s Snooker Club. The place has a laid-back atmosphere, and the tables are good—well-maintained and perfect for a solid game. One of the best things about this spot is that it’s never too busy, so you rarely have to wait long, if at all, to get a table.

The guy at the front desk is consistently polite and friendly, which really adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re serious about pool or just looking for a relaxed place to unwind. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

So unfortunate what happened to this place. Been coming here since I was young to play, and ESPECIALLY for the chicken steak fried rice. What kept this place around through the test of time was the focus on KEEPING the loyal customers around. It’s very clear and evident that new management doesn’t care, especially with using chatgpt to respond to your negative reviews. Why bother even keeping the same name of Captain’s Snookers if you wanted to throw its legacy down the drain. You’re telling everyone to embrace the new change, yet you make it clear to every single person that you’ve commented on their reviews that you simply don’t care. “New and improved” - new management yes, improved? …what’s improved about it? I truly hope the new management seriously considers what everyone who was loyal to this place is writing in their reviews and makes the necessary changes - but based on how you’ve been replying to them, it’s clear what choice you’ve made. I pray the choices you’ve made don’t run you guys into the ground as its rough times for everyone. First impressions are everything, and with social media - word of mouth is more powerful than it’s ever been. Hopefully you make the right choice and improve for the better.
