Had a great time at VIP Pool and Bar Snooker Club! The pool and snooker tables are well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised to find ping pong tables too — a nice bonus if you're looking for some variety. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the drinks are reasonably priced. Whether you're playing for fun or a bit of competition, it’s a great place to hang out. Definitely coming back!

Went to VIP Billiards on Saturday night with a few friends (about five of us total). We got a billiards table and a ping pong table and were looking forward to a good night. I went to the bar to order a pitcher and two shots, but the server told me to go back to my table and that she would bring the drinks over — which I didn’t mind since our table was literally right in front of the bar.
When she brought the drinks, she had the payment machine ready and mentioned that gratuity had already been added. I was surprised — I didn’t even get the chance to tip based on service, and honestly, I could’ve just grabbed the drinks myself from the bar.
Later on, my wife ordered another drink and some food, and again, the same thing happened. The server showed up with everything and had already charged gratuity again — and made us pay on the spot. Instead of starting a tab and letting customers tip once at the end (which is standard at many places), they charge you multiple times with gratuity pre-added.
This left a bad impression. I used to come here often when we lived in Scarborough, but after this experience, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend it to others. Service felt pushy and the way they handle tips is not customer friendly.

Tables were in good condition, and it’s clear they care about maintaining the quality of their equipment. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

V.I.P. is an extremely fun place to play billiards and ping pong! You can definitely have a great time here with friends and family. There is also a place to order drinks and food while you play!

they made compulsory gratuity, even if it is 2-3 ppl. when asked, got told because some people don't tip, we add gratuity of 13% by default. and I felt I got overcharged.

Nice place to just play pool if you feel like overpaying. I paid $40 for 1hr 20 min of pool, food and drinks are way too overpriced and food quality is poor. Makes sense why the place was empty when I came in.
