However, I did encounter one older gentleman (employee of them) who seemed quite rude to customers, which was a bit off-putting. I believe it would greatly enhance the experience if the management could address this issue.

I recently visited Annex Billiard Club and had a fantastic experience overall! The atmosphere is lively and vibrant, making it a great place to unwind with friends. While it can get a bit busy, the affordable prices make it easy to enjoy a long night of games without breaking the bank.
The staff here really stand out. I was especially impressed by the attentive service from the girl with glasses and the one with brown eyes—they were both incredibly helpful and friendly. Leo also deserves a shoutout for his excellent customer service.
Despite that, I highly recommend Annex Billiard Club for anyone looking for a fun night out! With its great atmosphere, low prices, and mostly fantastic staff, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Opened till real late which is great, the place is great with about 15 tables but customer service is so bad. The guy was so pissed unnecessarily, didnt even give us proper rack and stick

It's a decent place. It's food menu is basic at best and the pricing is cheap but it's nothing special. The pool hall is pretty large with 12 tables and 6 snooker tables. Cost us 26$ for about 2 hours and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table.

Cheap but solid. Tables are decent, not the cleanest environment, could use some urinal pucks. Running at 50% capacity due to COVID, so queue will be pretty long in the evenings. Both snooker and 8-ball available, seemed pretty relaxed about the rules, had a good time and was charged for the hour fairly. Good enough for the price and overall solid billiards experience.

Honestly it’s like stepping into the past where the vibe is stuck in the 90s but in a good way! The place is spacious, quiet and has everything you need. Everyone complaining about the owner was probably drunk, rude or loud lol. He’s a chill older gentleman who likes things a certain way and as someone who’s travelled a lot it’s either you understand these concepts or you don’t, but don’t blame someone for not loving belligerent people. Also it’s the best price out there for a table, you won’t find this blessing anywhere else
